1. Returns for Manufacturing Damage Only (Within 7 Days)
We take great care to ensure the quality of our products. Returns are only accepted if there is a manufacturing defect or damage. You may apply for a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please inspect the product at the time of delivery and contact us if any issues arise.
We strongly advise our customers to record a video while receiving the order, as this will serve as helpful documentation for any return requests.
2. Return Process

Please include the following details for a successful return request:

A video or clear images of the defect (preferably a recording of the unboxing process)

3. Non-Returnable Items
Custom Products: Items like personalized pet collars, beds, or engraved accessories are custom-made for your pet and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the defective product and it passes inspection, we will initiate a 100% refund within 24 hours.
Online Payments: Refunds will be credited to your bank account within 5 to 7 days.
Cash on Delivery: Provide your bank account number, bank name, and IFSC code for a refund via NEFT or IMPS within 2 to 5 days.
5. Exchange Process
If you prefer an exchange due to a manufacturing defect, the process will begin once the return shipment is collected and verified. We will dispatch the replacement item from our warehouse.
6. Custom Products
Custom products are manufactured according to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, we offer free alterations within 15 days of receiving your order if any issues arise due to manufacturing errors.
